At Evobike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused sports equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools for your performance, backed by a hassle-free exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Evobike account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
